A producing estate that has grown grapes for sparkling and table wines since 1978. There is a fee for tasting sparkling wines, but no charge for table wines. Champenoise Sparkling Wines. Tasting and retail sales: May, Thursday- Sunday, Noon to 6 pm; June - August, Daily, Noon to 6 pm; September-October, Thursday-Sunday, Noon to 6 pm, November-April, Saturday, Noon to 5 pm.
