Otsego Lake Township is a civil township of Otsego County. The population was 2,532 at the 2000 census. The township takes its name from Otsego Lake, the southern half of which is within the township. Otsego Lake State Park is on the southeast shore of the lake in the township.

It encompasses 62 acres and provides more than a half mile of sandy beach and large sites near or within sight of the lake. The majority of the sites are large, flat and shady. Otsego Lake was established as a state park in 1920.
