Enjoy the beauty of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in a spacious, newly constructed cabin located on the Manistee River in the Germfask / Curtis area. The open floor plan with the tongue and groove cedar siding throughout the great room gives one the atmosphere of a private lodge nestled in the great north woods.

Norwegian Woods has a full kitchen with all the amenities, Satellite TV with DVD and VCR, two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and accommodates up to 8 people.

The rental is available year around for your enjoyment. The woods  and river provide an excellent venue for fishing and canoeing in the  summer months (rentals available nearby) with excellent hunting during the late fall / early winter. The woods come alive with  beauty during the fall color season. When people think of  winter sports excitement they think of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula!  Norwegian Woods is located in the heart of snowmobiling country  with access to the U.P. snowmobile trail system ¼ of a mile away.  Cross-country skiing is also available at the nearby Seney National  Wildlife Refuge
